So I recently had a refreshing two-week social media break and I’d like to share a few things especially for those who may have been in a similar position.
Here’s condensed version of the conversation that I had with God before I decided to have the break.
Me: Abba, it is hard to admit that I feel like I’m in a long distance relationship with you. Only communicating when it’s ‘convenient’…mainly soaking in your presence and intentionally seeking Your Voice when I know that I’ve got a speaking engagement or when I am in fellowship.
God: You are distracted. There is something that is creeping up to first place. But I desire YOU and you should desire Me before anything else. I want your UNDIVIDED attention. I seek to delight in ALL of you and not 10%, 50% or even 90% of you.
