The command, “Love your neighbor as yourself” can be very difficult to keep because people are so flawed and be can very unappreciative of our love for them.
Yet we’ve been called to love UNCONDITIONALLY. This difficult command can become very simple when we take our focus off people and place it on Jesus. And as he keeps pouring his love into us, we do the same and pour/give it out others. Love GIVES.
Jesus proved his love for us by GIVING his life for us. And greater love truly has no man than to lay down his life for another. But there are other ways we can also give our love to others.
