Live by Faith

 

Living just by sight as a believer of Christ Jesus is actually living in blindness and deception.

We don’t actually see.

And if we do see, it’s partial, blur or deceptive.

The physical eyes has unaware limits. It thinks too highly of itself and believes that all it sees, is all there is.

But there’s more and to be dependent on just what is seen with the physical eyes is to be BLIND.

Ever wonder why a blind man can sometimes seem to see clearly than someone who isn’t blind?

Because they are forced to use and heighten their other senses.

To the believer, faith should be the first & utmost sense.

 

It must be heightened and consciously used daily until it becomes so reflexive like the physical eyes or we risk its atrophy. And that is of no benefit to the believer.

The believer is often referred to as a spiritual being having an earthly experience.

Why then do we refuse to use our spiritual sense?

Why do we refuse to use and live by faith?

Ignorance?

A believer is limited and crushed with fear when he/she lives by sight.

He doesn’t see himself as God sees him.

He does not see him who has been born again in the Spirit.

Though, the old has gone and the new has come, he still sees the old.

So he sees or hear about the physical limitations, believes them and this builds fear.

Fear to BE who he truly is.

Fear to BE who he already is.

Because he doesn’t see who he is, he unnecessarily struggles to be who he ALREADY is. Meanwhile, he should be living in his true identity and beyond what the physical eyes see.

FAITH!

The first sense of the believer.

It’s insanity to others but a norm to the believer.

Where others see an obstacle the believer sees an opportunity.

Where others see weakness, the believer sees strength.

Where others see disappointment, the believer sees blessings.

Where others see failure, the believer sees success.

Where others see death, the believer sees life.

Why?

Is this spiritual sense that powerful by itself?

No!

This spiritual sense, Faith, is powerful because of in WHOM it is placed.

Many can put their faith in money, people, success, etc.

But the believer’s Faith is different because it is placed in the one true God.

In whom, all things LIVE, MOVE & BE.

Because the God in whom the believer’s faith is placed is powerful and sovereign.

The believer’s faith can be powerful.

The believer can truly see beyond the physical.

The believer can fearlessly BE all that he can and already is.

And let us not even get started on the unmeasurable LOVE the sovereign God in whom the believer places his faith, has for the believer.

The understanding of this love by faith enables and empowers the believers to fearless BE.
